Who we are

Our website address is: https://www.digitalsaviour.co.uk/blog. This site is not affiliated with my current assignment. My views are my own.

Comments

If you want to leave comments, please do. I love to hear from other people. Ask questions, get involved. Don’t be rude is all I ask.

Media

If you want to use any images from this website carry on. I will not be pursuing you. Some are my own images, some are free images.

Cookies

I have a cookie thing for people to accept to be in line with GDPR etc. Don’t hate me for it – hate the people that made us put these in there.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

Here we are – we need to say this. I will never share your data with people. Some of the plugins and stuff may do stuff but I try not to use them. I don’t care who you are. I don’t really want to know where you live or anything personal. If you feel that anything on my website is violating this stance, please let me know. I’ll ditch it.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. Don’t worry – I’m not gonna be selling it or giving it away.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. I will do what I can to make sure this is anonymous.
